Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Skogman Commercial Group today announced it retained its number 1 ranking in the Corridor commercial real estate market, both in terms of closed volume and closed transactions. In 2024, Skogman Commercial closed $65.8 million in commercial volume, representing 17.8% of all closed volume in the market. Skogman Commercial agents closed 186 transactions, representing 24.4% of all closed commercial transactions. Skogman’s total closed volume in 2024, including all markets served, finished at $294.2 million.
