
Hiawatha, Iowa – Skogman Commercial Group today announced that Ogden & Adams will be moving from its current location at 144 32nd Street SE Cedar Rapids and building a new lumberyard and showroom in Hiawatha.

The new facility will be located on a 3-acre site at Ketelsen Drive West, just north of Boyson Road off North Center Point Road. Steve White with Skogman Commercial Group represented Ogden & Adams and Douglas

“After a lengthy review process, we are excited to announce we will be expanding our presence in the area,” said Marty Hoeger, owner of Ogden & Adams. “Our new facility will provide an enhanced customer experience, and a location adjacent to interstate 380 will provide greatly improved access and outstanding visibility.”
Founded in Cedar Rapids in 1913, Ogden and Adams is lumber and building material supplier that has served the area for more than 100 years. Construction will start this fall with a grand opening expected in spring, 2022.
