Craig Kuepker

Craig Kuepker has lived in the Iowa City corridor his whole life and has spent more than 20 years working in it. Before real estate, he worked for a civil engineering firm in planning, land development, and surveying. He helped design lot layouts and infrastructure for residential and large commercial projects across the area, then went out in the field to stake utilities, lay out buildings, and set lot pins. That background shapes how he looks at property today. He knows what it takes to turn a piece of ground into a usable site, and he knows the questions to ask before a client commits to one.

Craig works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across every type of commercial property, from raw land and development sites to warehouse, office, retail, restaurant, and multifamily. He has helped clients buy land to develop, represented both sides of warehouse leases, and guided businesses through turning white box space into finished offices, restaurants, and retail storefronts. He also operated a general contracting company, so when a space needs to be built out, he can help clients understand the scope, cost, and timeline from the start. And as the owner of several rental properties in the area, he understands investment real estate from the owner’s side of the table.
