Bre Horstman

Bre is a Cedar Rapids–based commercial real estate advisor who brings a data-driven, client-focused perspective to her work. With a background in business development, she helps clients define objectives, evaluate opportunities, and make informed real estate decisions supported by careful analysis and clear communication. Bre works with a broad range of clients, from residential first-time homebuyers to commercial business owners and investors, and approaches each relationship with consistency, transparency, and thoughtful guidance.

Bre is currently pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to deepen her expertise in financial analysis, investment strategy, and risk assessment, allowing her to provide clients with clear, objective guidance on complex real estate decisions. As a Leadership for Five Seasons graduate, she actively serves on the LFS planning committee. She also serves on the United Way of East Central Iowa Campaign Cabinet and the CRAAR Habitat for Humanity Committee, and is a member of Junior League of Cedar Rapids. Outside of real estate, Bre enjoys being part of her community and spending time with her family, especially supporting her children in the activities they love.
