Roland "Moe" Richardson has lived in Cedar Rapids for 30 years and has been a real estate owner, broker and agent in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area for 33 years. He is a native Iowan who graduated from Drake University. Previous to his move to Cedar Rapids, Moe was a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, holding the position of Infantry Platoon Leader, and was a sales training manager for the American Can Company. He resides in Cedar Rapids with his wife Sarah, a third generation Cedarrapidian.

He continues to finish in the top category of outstanding sales production for Skogman Realty, and has sold over $200,000,000 of real estate in his successful career. Moe is a top individual contributor from his company to the Cedar Rapids Annual United Way Fund Drive, serves on numerous community and church committies and boards, and participates in a volunteer capacity in various company and non-profit fund drives.
