Jim Angstman is a member of the Skogman Commercial Services Group. He has been involved in real estate, land development and commercial / residential construction since 1999.
Jim joined Skogman Commercial Group from Regency Land Development Services. While at Regency, Jim managed approximately $40,000,000 worth of residential and commercial development properties. Jim’s responsibilities included acquisitions, analysis, municipal entitlement, horizontal financial packages and coordination of all horizontal construction.
Jim is proficient in retail, office, multi-family, 1031 exchange and all facets of commercial and residential land development.
